Edible Icing Images & Stickers

I use an edible ink printer and edible icing sheets to print all of my designs. The icing sheets are a thin layer of icing with a backing sheet for support.

All images are pre-cut for effortless application.

Ingredients

Sugar, Glucose syrup, Palm oil*, Humectant (422), Emulsifier (471), Stabilizers (413,466), Preservative (202), Colour (171), Natural flavours.

*Contributes to the production of certified sustainable palm oil.

How to use?

Gently peel the icing from the backing, brush a small amount of water to the back and stick it to your cake, cupcake or cookie.

Apply the images not before serving, as excess moisture from wet icings can cause the ink to sweat.

Storage Instructions

Images should be stored in a zip-lock bag, away from moisture and sunlight.

Do not put images in the fridge.

Fondant Toppers

I use premium fondant and edible oil based food colourings.

Some topper designs have supporting elements inside them for structural purposes. This could include toothpicks, flowering modelling wires, Styrofoam and skewers.

Ingredients

Sugar, Glucose syrup, palm oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabiliser: E413, Preservative: E202. Flavouring.

CMC (Carboxymethyl Cellulose)

How to use?

Fondant toppers are easy to apply by brushing a small amount of water to the back and adhering to the cake. Or they can be applied directly to wet icing.

Storage instructions

Toppers can be stored in the packaging it gets delivered in, or in a breathable container in the cupboard.

Do not put fondant in the fridge, it will sweat and go soggy.

Do not leave in direct sunlight or fluorescents.

Sprinkle Mixes

Sweet Toppers Sprinkle mixes are uniquely combined using local and imported ingredients.

Sprinkle mixes may contain Gluten, Dairy, Soy & Trace amounts of eggs/nuts.

Sprinkles can be a chocking hazard - not suitable for children under 3 years.
Some mixes contain hard candies which may be a hazard to teeth. Consume with caution.

Storage Instructions

Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.

If stored correctly, product has a shelf life of 24 months. 

How to use?

Suitable for any sweet treat you wish decorate, use on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.

Storage instructions

Keep fresh in the zip lock pouch, in a dark cupboard.

Pre-cut edible Wafer Images

My Edible wafer toppers are printed with Supreme quality edible ink and wafer sheets.

Please note that colours may vary due to different monitor settings.

The wafer paper is made of dried potato starch & vegetable oil and is quite easy to use.
