Some topper designs have supporting elements inside them for structural purposes. This could include toothpicks, flowering modelling wires, Styrofoam and skewers.

How to use

Fondant toppers are easy to apply by brushing a small amount of water to the back and adhering to the cake. Or they can be applied directly to wet icing.

Storage Instructions

Toppers can be stored in the packaging it gets delivered in, or in a breathable container in the cupboard.

Do not put fondant in the fridge, it will sweat and go soggy.

Do not leave in direct sunlight or fluorescents.
