Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if something is not right.
Once I send the items and they are out of my hands and in the hands of the delivery folk I am not responsible for the treatment of the item. If your item becomes lost in transit then a case will be lodged and I work with you to get the compensation you deserve. If the package is delivered to you damaged or the items inside are damaged then please contact me and we can assess and work together in repairing the items.
Exchanges
Custom or personalised items are not able to be exchanged.
Wearable items are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
Digital products cannot be exchanged if the wrong item was purchased.
Refunds/Returns
Refunds are only given in certain circumstances, as a case-by-case.
Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds on custom orders, or personalised orders. If there is a fault with your order then please contact us for an assessment.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.
Printable products cannot be refunded due to the digital nature.
Exceptions to digital items
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you encounter any technical issues (e.g., a corrupt file or broken download link), please contact me so I can fix this for you.
